I was able to find all of these frames at ARC on half off Saturday and I did not spend over $1.00 for any of them. Be sure to buy different sizes and shapes.
To determine how many frames I needed I laid them out on the store floor.
The measurements I was working with was 9'*3' I ended up using 27 frames but bought 30 just in case.
Remove the glass (recycled because I did not use it) and wipe each frame clean.
Paint each frame whatever colors fit your color scheme. It will take 2 - 3 coats of paint to cover completely.

While
I waited for the paint to dry I determined which inspiring words I wanted and
printed them off my computer. I decided to give each word a different font
size and style.
When
paint is dry put a word in each frame and hang on the wall using Push Pins,
small Nails or Command
Strips (for concrete walls).
